please the difference between an OctopusCAN and a OctopusUSB.

Hey,

I bought a OctopusUSB three months ago. Preleminary I have program it via ISP on (Stk500 Board).
But now I Will like to make an graphical interface to control the octopus (codein c#).
I have already do my graphical interface and now i wanted to include the Octopus Function on my Projekt.
But I am lost in the files. And i ask me if even feasible with OctopusUSB?

I see Makefile in each project. why can use them? my programming in c#.

please help me
