A new and faster OpenOCD firmware for USBProg

I just created a new OpenOCD firmware for USBProg.  The transfer rate is 18KBytes/s for uploading to RAM,
and 10.9KBytes/s to write the Flash. It is also about 18 times faster than the original one.
